Overview

Welcome to SKMATLAS. The SKMATLAS is the first functional genomic database for skeletal muscle study. The current release of SKMATLAS contains a total of 2,404 skeletal muscle datasets at 6 omics layers in 14 species. The SKMATLAS provides comprehensive, user-friendly information for searching and exploring the expression and epigenetic modifications of all the genes and miRNAs in these 14 species. This database provides a useful platform to understand the regulatory mechanism of skeletal muscle development.
