Figure 1.Search functions
There are 2 search functions:
1. Search for gene information(Figure 1A)
2. Search for sample information(Figure 1B)
Searching for gene information, there are 2 methods:
Method 1:
Figure 2.Search by geneID or symbol
If select searching by geneID or symbol(Figure 2A), you only need input ensembl
geneID or symbol name in the box(Figure 2B), then click search button, gene information will be displayed below(Figure 2C).
Method 2:
Figure 3.Search by range
If select searching by range(Figure 3A), you need perform 4 steps in the box(Figure 3B):
Step1: select species
Step2: select chromosome
Step3: input start position of region
Step4: input end position of region.
then click search button, all genes located in selected region will be displayed
below(Figure 3C) and information of these genes will be displayed in result(Figure 3D).
Search for sample information:

If select searching for sample information(Figure 4A), you only need input sample
ID or project ID in the box(Figure 4B), then click search button, sample information will be displayed below(Figure 4C).
